How do you determine which minute an attempt was made in?

Played my first game Italy v Turkey 0-0 draw.

I noticed on the score sheet that the Attempts list has "minutes" listed next to each of the 25 lines. The rules say nothing of what these are for.

I assume this is to just add flavor. And that you can spread out your chances across this grid.

Also, the bookings mechanic happening after the half ends confuses me too.

the additional Attempts a yellow card, etc. this creates for a half that has ended means one more chance to score? And again where in the timeline do you put this, I assume it can be arbitrarily decided.

Any idea?
